At Takkie Magic, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

Refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) order at delivery
Return / Replacement Request Process

Customer must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

Request must be sent via email or WhatsApp support with:

Clear photos or video of the product showing the issue

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Replacement Policy

In most cases, we offer replacement instead of refund

Replacement is processed after verification

Product pickup and re-delivery timeline depends on logistics partner availability
Replacement is subject to product availability.
Refund Policy
a) Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds are not issued in cash

If approved, refund is processed via UPI or bank transfer

Customer must provide correct bank/UPI details

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
b) Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Return Pick-Up & Replacement Process
All approved return or replacement requests are handled directly by Takkie Magic.

Customers are not required to arrange return shipping.

After verification of the issue, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

The mode of resolution (replacement or refund, if applicable) will be decided by Takkie Magic based on order details and verification results.
Our goal is to ensure a smooth and timely resolution while maintaining quality control and preventing misuse.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

COD order refusal at delivery may lead to future order restrictions
Fraud Prevention Clause
We reserve the right to:

Reject return/refund requests if misuse or fraud is suspected

Block customers with repeated COD refusals or fake claims
Final Decision
All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to final approval by Takkie Magic after internal verification.
